This sporty electric folding bike is chainless with a toothed belt, middle motor and has an 8 speed Shimano hub gear. The bike is unique because of the chosen transmission with a maintenance-free toothed belt; no oil or rust which makes the use very pleasant! The battery is nicely concealed in the frame that is easy to take out with a key. The battery can be charged both on the bike and separately. Description
The e-4motion Nautica is equipped with a powerful 80N.m mid-engine. In combination with the drive belt (no chain), the entire drive line is 20,000 kilometers maintenance-free! A perfect bike for daily use. Because all parts are concealed, this bike is much less vulnerable and you do not suffer from oil or grease during storage; after all, there is no chain present!
The support is very direct through a force sensor. The sensor quickly translates the required power into a quantity of support. If you don’t give strength, nothing will happen! So the bicycle can never ‘suddenly’ support. You are always in full control with the pedals. This allows you to cycle economically, but also very pleasant and comfortable.
