Orders & deliveries

It may take up to 24 hours for official confirmation to arrive. If it takes longer than this, it is advisable to send an email or call to inquire about the status.

We deliver within 1 to 3 days as standard. If it takes longer and you have not yet received the tracking information, we will notify you separately.

Zolang de bestelling niet verzonden is, kunt u nog direct annuleren. Het beste is dit te doen door in te loggen bij uw account zodat u daar de bestelling kunt annuleren. Anders zo snel mogelijk telefonisch contact met ons opnemen om de annulering door te geven.

Battery & charger

Under normal use (meaning regular charging and discharging), we assume a minimum of 5 to 7 years.

Try (if you have one) another e-4motion charger. If this does not work, try (if you can) to measure the voltage at the terminals. Under normal conditions, we expect to measure 34 to 40 volts here. If this does not solve the problem, please contact us immediately so that we can help you further.

Yes, we keep batteries in stock for all models, and there is often the option of a more powerful battery. If you have specific requirements, please contact us. We can offer a solution in almost all situations.

Zeker, in onze webshop staan alle basisladers beschikbaar voor bestelling. In de meeste gevallen is er ook een mogelijkheid voor een 12V- (aansluiting voor cigaretten aansteker) en een snellader.

This varies depending on the battery type and, in our case, depends on the specified battery specifications. In general, this indicates that the capacity is between 10Ah and 17Ah (360Wh to 612Wh). This translates into a range of 60 to 140 kilometers with average use. Based on our experience, we have already equipped each type of e-4motion folding bike with the right capacity battery for the general use of that bike.

Technical
problems & service

The most common error messages are listed in the manual. If you receive an error message, it is best to contact us or one of our dealers immediately.

In most cases, the fault lies with the battery (connection) or the electronics/wiring. If you are able to check this yourself, please take a close look at it step by step. Consult the manual for putting the bike into use. If the bike continues to malfunction, please contact us as soon as possible.

We always provide a manual with the bicycle. If you no longer have it, you can always request a digital copy from us.

Please read the user manual for instructions on how to use the bike correctly (turning on the battery, pressing the on/off switch on the display). If this does not work and you have followed the instructions correctly, please contact us as soon as possible.
